It’s been a while since the last post. Nothing spectacular has happened since, but here’s a few “highlights”:

1. We were offered to buy a sheep while sort of hiking in Novo Brdo. Didn’t buy any. I know the village where the shepherd lives, so in case I buy one, please send me a recipe for it. I.e. how to prepare a lamb from alfa to omega?!
2. Stretched some ligaments and still can’t walk properly after almost five days. It sucks. I opened a (big) bottle of mastika hoping it will make me feel better. I don’t really like the taste, but I do feel better.
3. At work…. but then again, I decided not to write a thing about work.
4. It’s ca. 30 degrees during the day and 15 at night. Thank god it’s not humid.
5. Haven’t been abroad for some time. I miss abroad.
6. U.S. vice president Biden just visited Kosovo. He stayed over night in my municipality - not the capital Pristina! Also the Minister of Education was there about a week ago. His stupid convoy forced me off the road.
7. Just watched Body of Lies. Not the best film ever, but I would recommend it anyway.
8. There’s still plenty to see in Kosovo. Dragash, Gjakova, Mirusha waterfalls, Decani, the old mosque in Kaçanik and the Grand Mosque of Ferizaj/Urosevac that was finally saved (at least for the time being) from additional construction (due to a hunger strike by the community of believers). I need to get my act together and see all that. I guess this is not really a highlight but anyway.
9. I thought about applying for a new job. Although, I don’t know which job.
10. I finally downloaded the White Book on KLA. It took me quite some time to find both parts of it. Now I need to read it.
11. At the moment I’m listening to Notkea rotta! Itäääääääääääää (well, to be honest now it’s Pepe Willberg and his seminal work Saat miehen kyyneliin).
12. Inhabitants of Silovo started to pay for their electricity (first time since 1999?). That is, Marina will, hopefully, soon open the “Library” again. I miss her chicken raznici with bacon! But first she needs to go to Vranje to get the meat.
